Make your own Granola Breakfast is one of the most important meals according to wise people, and I think that they are right. I really feel much better after a healthy breakfast than for instance after eating a delicious croissant. My favourite breakfast at the moment is yogurt with banana and Granola. I always make the Granola myself and often change from time to time with my ingredients. Oatmeal is always the base and the rest depends on what I can find or which mood I am in. I make my Granola with: Oatmeal Nut mix without salt (hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts, pecans and raisins) Dry fruit (plum, apricot, pear, apple) Mix of Super fruit and seeds (cranberries, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, goijberries and mulberries) Hemp seeds Lin seeds Chia seeds Sometimes I bake all the ingredients (except the fruit) 15 minutes in the oven, but moostly I don’t even bother.…
