Today I have been looking for easter brunch inspiration and planning what we want to eat for Easter. Easter is just around the corner and even though we all have to stay at home because of the Coronavirus I want the weekend to be something special as well.

Food is a good way to bring people together and it can give some special moments. It can also be special because you eat something you normally not often do or because you cook together or because you make a kind of happening of the meal with a beautiful table and special food. It doesn’t matter what you do. The most important thing is that you share special moments together and have a good time which could be memorable.

I have today collected a few special recipes which could be an inspiration for you if you still have no clue what to serve with easter. These recipes below would be perfect for a brunch, but you could easily use them individually. The link to each dish you will find below the pictures.

The Internet is filled with a lot of inspiration for special holidays as Easter and sometimes it can be a total wilderness to find what you really would like to make. I hope you can use a few of my ideas. They are all recipes I would like to make or already have made once.

I will be starting tomorrow with my preparations. I properly start preparing some bread and maybe the spinach and sweet potato muffins. Often I change my plans because there are so many things I would like to make. I can’t do them all unfortunately. I have to make choices and some I have already made and others will be made tomorrow or in the weekend.
